ALL ABOUT OUR WEEKLY CLASSES: (SEPTEMBER - MAY)

 
  • Our ALL CHEF classes are great opportunities for school aged children to participate in a fun and engaging cooking environment. Recipes are fun, delicious and perfect for a wide variety of ages and skill levels. Our experience is that age differences are in no way a barrier to learning new and exciting cooking skills!

  • $110 per month, paid monthly, includes 4 weekly cooking classes. (There are no additional enrollment or registration fees)

  • Convenient online enrollment! Enroll in ongoing monthly payments or pay month to month (subject to availability)

  • All supplies and ingredients are included for all classes!

  • Participants can taste their creations in class and take home the rest to share!

  • We also offer a wide variety of Workshops and Kids Nights for additional age groups. Please also check our full schedule and enroll in our newsletter for information about all of these additional and fun cooking opportunities!

SEPTEMBER CLASSES

MILK & CHEESES

Week 1: What is buttermilk anyway?: We're making cheesy cheddar buttermilk biscuits with a garlic butter topping. Oh-yea!
Week 2: Milk 2 ways!: This recipe uses milk in the dough and in the topping. Time for cinnamon rolls and glaze!
Week 3: Fancy toast anyone?: We're soaking up fresh bread with eggs and milk to make amazing French Toast! Pan skills!
Week 4: The king of cheesy recipes!: Oh Mac N' Cheese, how we love thee! We're making a cheese sauce from scratch with lots of tips and tricks!

OCTOBER CLASSES

Week 1: Pizza anyone?: Of course we'll mix up awesome pizza dough using semolina bread flour then bake up ooey-gooey pizzas!
Week 2: Time for a cookie!: We're using oatmeal in an amazingly chewy cookie with some seasonally appropriate ingredients!
Week 3: Some recipes can be corny!: We'll learn about and bake honey cornbread as also make some homemade honey butter!
Week 4: A ghostly muffin!: Pumpkin's on deck this week with a ghostly muffin that has a healthier side to it!

NOVEMBER CLASSES

POTS & PANS

Week 1: Tomato, Tomahto!: We're sautéing our way to a scratch made tomato soup with toasted crustini chips!
Week 2: Mama's Meatballs! Time to learn how to roll out amazing meatballs and whip us a quick marinara sauce too! 
Week 3: Holiday Sides!: Just in time for Thanksgiving we're cooking up two delicious sides...Cranberry Sauce and Apple Sauce! 
Week 4: Pie for breakfast?: We've got a fun breakfast recipe that bakes in a pie pan! Who knew?

DECEMBER CLASSES

HOLIDAY BAKING

Week 1: A Zesty Dessert!: We're working on zesting as we prepare a delicious holiday muffin using seasonal fruit!
Week 2: Run, Run As Fast As You Can!: We'll bake cookies better than the gingerbread man!  Gingerbread cookie baking and decorating!
Week 3: Lava Cake 2.0!: Is it possible to make molten chocolate lava cakes event better? Yes! Peppermint Chocolate Lava Cake of course! A new fun dessert!

JANUARY CLASSES

THE INCREDIBLE EGG

Week 1: Frying Pan Fiesta! All types of eggs including yummy omelets. Cooktop safety.
Week 2: Pasta Perfection! Learn how to make a perfect pasta dough and roll it out into glorious noodles!
Week 3: No yolk…time for dessert! A special cupcake is planned for an extra delicious dessert! Eggs required!
Week 4: We're flipping out! It's time for a little flipping as we learn to make, and flip, the perfect pancakes!
 

FEBRUARY CLASSES

FRUITS AND VEGGIES

Week 1: Fresh Fruits for the Win!: Turn fresh fruits into a delicious fruit salsa served with yummy cinnamon sugar chips!
Week 2: Valentine's Day Surprise!  Is there a fruit in my Valentines treats? Surprise! Yes, and you're going to love them!!
Week 3: Vegetables in my dessert..Hey..what?! :Can we get a veggie in a dessert this week that actually takes amazing? We'd say yes!
Week 4: Who Put That Veggie in My Soup?!: Can vegetable soup be fun to make and delicious? You bet! Stovetop skills, safety and cutting a variety of healthy veggies.
